What you'll do
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive commercial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency with resort leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyze financial results, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver accurate financial reports to ownership, corporate offices, and resort leadership
- Ensure internal controls, financial governance, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate external audits and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial information
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, treasury activities, and banking relationships
- Oversee procurement governance, purchasing controls, inventory controls, and cost management
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, investment projects, and capital planning initiatives
- Provide financial insight for pricing, forecasting, operational, and commercial decisions
- Lead continuous improvement, owner reviews, quarterly business meetings, and strategic planning sessions
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Finance team
- Support succession planning, performance reviews, colleague engagement, and learning initiatives
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control for Private Homes and Residences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards
- Support sustainability, responsible business, and emergency management initiatives
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Financial strategy, business planning, and project management
- Budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and commercial analysis
- Financial controls and governance, financial compliance, and accounting
- Cash flow and treasury management, financial risk management, and capital expenditure and investment analysis
- Procurement governance and internal and external audit coordination
- Financial systems and reporting tools
- Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Economics / Any Field
