What you'll do
- Coordinate Treasury Operations tools for finance and reporting purposes
- Monitor accurate processing, clearance and settlement of foreign exchange and derivative products
- Document treasury and derivatives operations processes
- Approve financial transactions within delegated limits in operational systems
- Resolve customer-related operational issues and coordinate support and guidance
- Analyse, recommend and communicate pricing structures for accounts
- Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and service quality
- Oversee processing, servicing and accounting duties within your area
- Resolve escalated issues with support from higher levels when needed
- Ensure treasury operations comply with internal policies and external regulations
- Apply AML processes and sanctions requirements to mitigate operational risk and identify suspicious transactions
- Inspire team members and foster accountability, empowerment and inclusion
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Treasury operations, financial instruments processing and banking operations
- Investment banking, foreign exchange products and derivative products
- Regulatory compliance, AML processes and sanctions compliance
- Operational risk management and financial transaction approval
- Process improvement and operational systems and reporting tools
- Pricing structures analysis and problem solving
- Economics / Finance / Accounting / Any Field
