What you'll do
- Perform reconciliation of all company payment methods including credit cards, cheques, microlending partnerships
- Ensure reconciliation of the company’s cash and cash equivalent accounts
- Prepare daily cash flow report and perform short- and long-term cash flow forecasting
- Prepare and deliver treasury reports on bank & card fees, interest expenses, payment methods and other treasury KPIs
- Support month-end closing activities related to cash, bank, and card accounts
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate transaction postings, settlements, and bank fees
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and oversee agreements and KYC documentation
- Resolve daily operational banking issues
- Prepare ad hoc reports
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Skills in cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting
- Experience with reconciliation of payment methods and financial transaction posting
- Experience with bank relationship management and KYC documentation management
- Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work independently
- Problem-solving and reporting skills
- Business / Finance / Accountingpreferred
