What you'll do
- Support the implementation, configuration, and operation of IAM solutions
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, leaver
- Onboard applications into IAM platforms with integration, provisioning, and access policies
- Configure and maintain roles, entitlements, and access policies
- Define and implement RBAC and ABAC models with stakeholders
- Monitor and improve IAM processes such as access reviews and certifications
- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues to ensure platform stability
- Contribute to automation and development of IAM workflows and integrations
- Participate in client engagements, workshops, and advisory activities
- Support and optimize Identity Providers and authentication flows
- Contribute to Privileged Access Management implementations, controls, and processes
- Support cloud IAM and security architectures like Microsoft EntraID
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, Okta, Microsoft EntraID, CyberArk, PingID, or Saviynt
- Skills in identity lifecycle management and application onboarding and integrations
- Knowledge of access governance processes and Privilege Identity Management
- Familiarity with RBAC and ABAC access control models
- Experience with Identity Providers and authentication mechanisms including SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OIDC
- Understanding of digital identity, identity governance, and cloud IAM concepts
- Computer Science / STEM / Relevant fieldpreferred

We are looking for motivated and skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultants/ Senior Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in IAM platforms and a strong understanding of identity governance and security concepts.
You will work across both operational IAM processes and technical implementations, supporting clients in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable IAM solutions.

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM or any relevant field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:

Microsoft EntraID ID
CyberArk
PingID
Saviynt
Experience in:
Application onboarding and integrations

Nice to Have
Development or scripting experience (e.g., Java, Beanshell, APIs, PowerShell)

Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles
Experience with PAM implementations and privileged account governance
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO27001, NIST, etc.)
