What you'll do
- Develop efficient, reliable, and scalable software applications that meet business needs
- Apply Design Patterns and Domain-Driven Design practices
- Identify and fix software errors and bugs using manual and automated techniques
- Apply automated unit and end-to-end testing and use Static Code Analysis tools
- Add monitoring, tracking, telemetry, and feature-switching capabilities to delivered artifacts
- Participate in solution deployment and monitor system performance and quality
- Create technical documentation covering software design, architecture, and code
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
- Maintain current knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, tools, and development practices
- Ensure program functionality during software maintenance and testing
- Recommend process improvements and technology updates to improve application efficiency
- Build high-quality software that complies with coding standards and technical designs
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Java development and Java Enterprise Edition
- SOA architecture, Microservices, and API design patterns
- Web services and Apache Camel
- Red Hat Integration Stack
- Kubernetes, OpenShift Container Platform, and CI/CD
- SQL and NoSQL databases, Automated testing, Static Code Analysis, and Design Patterns and Domain-Driven Design
- Computer Science / Any Field
