What you'll do
- Lead design and evolution of React-based platform architecture
- Own frontend performance including rendering, bundle optimization, and data-fetching
- Build and integrate AI-enabled features with streaming LLM responses and real-time inference UI
- Define and champion state management across Redux, Zustand, and RxJS
- Evolve build and developer-experience tooling using Vite
- Partner with Product and Design to translate UX intent into technical architecture
- Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and influence engineering direction
- Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing cost, time-to-market, and maintainability
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- Modern React expertise including hooks and concurrent features
- State management with Redux, Zustand, and RxJS
- Frontend performance engineering and real-user monitoring
- Build tooling and developer experience with Vite
- AI-enabled user experience development including LLM APIs and streaming responses
- UX design principles and business acumen with strong communication skills
