What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with key risks, regulations and business priorities.
- Plan and perform risk-based audits of internal controls, risk management and governance processes.
- Prepare audit reports outlining findings, risks and recommendations for Management and the Audit Committee.
- Monitor agreed audit recommendations and assess implementation progress and effectiveness.
- Update the Audit Committee on significant findings, recommendations and remediation progress.
- Build constructive relationships with business and functional stakeholders across Alpha Leasing and the wider Group.
- Collaborate with Alpha Bank Group Internal Audit to improve audit methodologies, documentation, controls and testing.
- Keep current with internal audit standards, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
- Contribute to special reviews, advisory assignments and other Internal Audit initiatives.
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Internal audit, risk-based audit planning and audit reporting
- Credit risk, leasing products and processes, and banking regulatory framework
- Internal controls evaluation and risk management
- Governance and analytical skills
- Problem-solving and MS Office
- English language
- Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Any Field
