What you'll do
- Collect and process data to produce reports on regulatory own funds of the Bank and Group
- Calculate and analyze capital adequacy ratios of the Bank and Group
- Prepare and submit reports to Supervisory Authorities after management approval
- Settle all issues related to supervisory consolidation (solo/equity consolidation)
- Estimate effects on capital adequacy ratios from supervisory framework changes, balance sheets, dividend policy, and business decisions
- Calculate capital buffers against Pillar I and supervisory minimum capital requirements
- Participate in developing reports on the exchange rate position of the Group
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Regulatory own funds calculation and capital adequacy ratio analysis
- Regulatory methodologies and supervisory compliance
- Data collection, processing, and report preparation and submission
- Supervisory consolidation knowledge and capital buffer calculation
- Exchange rate position reporting
- Analytical skills and clear communication
- Law / Finance / Related Fields / Risk Managementpreferred

About the job
As a Regulatory Own Funds Specialist, you will support the calculation and monitoring of regulatory own funds and capital adequacy ratios at Group level. You will apply regulatory methodologies, ensure compliance with supervisory requirements, and contribute to internal reporting. Strong analytical skills and clear communication of complex regulatory topics are key for success in this role.
What you will be doing
Collect and process data to produce reports on the regulatory own funds of the Bank and Group
Calculate and analyze the capital adequacy ratios of the Bank and the Group, prepare and submit the relevant reports to the Supervisory Authorities after approval of area’s management
Responsible for settling all issues related to supervisory consolidation (solo/equity consolidation)
Estimate the effects on capital adequacy ratios arising from changes in the supervisory framework, balance sheets, dividend policy, and business decisions
Calculate the amount of capital buffers against the capital requirements of Pillar I and the required supervisory minimum capital requirements
Participate in the development of reports related to the exchange rate position of the Group
Calculate the settlement of all issues related to supervisory consolidation (solo/equity consolidation)
What you need to have
A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance or related fields
A Master’s degree in Risk Management (desired)
Five (5) years of professional experience in providing regulatory compliance support in the financial services sector such as banking, financial advisory and capital market
