What you'll do
- Monitor and track sales metrics to understand customer engagement and product performance
- Organize and summarize data for reporting, customer targeting, and forecasting support
- Collaborate with data visualization specialists to create reports on agreed KPIs and metrics
- Assess performance for specified products and services and provide KPIs and metrics to stakeholders
- Support Sales Incentive Plan implementation and communicate with relevant stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and provide basic explanations of performance results to colleagues
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Data analytics, data collection and analysis, and data organization and summarization
- Business performance management and performance reporting
- Sales target management, sales metrics, and performance indicators
- KPI management and Sales Incentive Plan implementation
- Customer engagement analysis and product performance analysis
- Forecasting support, stakeholder communication, and data visualization collaboration
- Computer Science / Engineering / Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Any Fieldpreferred
