What you'll do
- Define business objectives, commercial KPIs, and budget plans for the retail network.
- Monitor retail network KPIs across stores and indirect channels.
- Develop Power BI reports with performance analysis by region, store, and product.
- Conduct post-investment appraisals of retail initiatives and evaluate store uplift.
- Ensure the accuracy and stability of reporting tools.
- Collaborate on root cause analysis and predictive modeling with the AI team.
- Expand reporting automation using AI capabilities.
- Align with the BI team to optimize reporting data infrastructure.
- Define KPI specifications, prepare databases, and optimize Power BI reports.
Key requirements
- SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data mining and analysis in large-scale data environments.
- Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization.
- Python, R, Databricks, and SAS.
- Statistical models and predictive modeling.
- Machine learning and AI applications.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Management Science and Technology / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Any Field
