What you'll do
- Analyze capital and operating expense requests and prepare approval documentation.
- Record cost components, projects, categories, related costs, and cost drivers in the system.
- Monitor asset evolution and depreciation, produce reports, and gather feedback on asset useful life.
- Implement asset useful-life extensions or impairments with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare cost reports on progress, productivity, efficiency, and results.
- Monitor actual costs against approved budgets and report potential variances.
- Analyze and report large raw datasets.
- Communicate findings and potential solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of chargeback models.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Financial budgeting, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- IT cost management, cost analysis, cost reporting, and cost allocation.
- Chargeback models and cost optimization.
- Data analysis and budget variance analysis.
- Asset management and depreciation accounting.
- Financial performance analysis and financial markets business knowledge.
- Finance / Engineering / Computer Science / Other Relevant Field / Economics / Any Field
