What you'll do
- Participate in financial due diligence projects analyzing company financial performance and identifying risks and opportunities
- Develop business plans and dynamic financial models supporting strategic decisions
- Support corporate finance, M&A, and loan portfolio transactions with financial analyses and client presentations
- Contribute to preparing fairness opinions and valuation analyses
- Engage proactively with clients, investors, and banks to gather and analyze financial and strategic information
- Drive special projects focused on innovation, scalability, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with team members at all levels on client engagements
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members developing their technical skills
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Financial due diligence and financial modelling
- Accounting standards including IFRS and Greek GAAP
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Valuation analysis and corporate finance
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Client engagement, communication skills, proactivity, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Accounting / Finance / Economicspreferred
