What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and the applicable regulatory framework
- Execute daily transactions and perform cash reconciliation to minimize errors
- Adjust teller cash limits according to branch needs in consultation with the Customer Service Manager
- Create customer satisfaction reports and submit them to branch management
- Support the proper operation of safe deposit boxes
- Manage and file documents
- Handle administrative and control tasks
- Communicate proactively with customers about bank products, services, and special offers
