What you'll do
- Execute banking transactions including payments, transfers, cheques, and accounts
- Manage transactions for corporate clients in Large Corporate and Commercial Banking
- Provide support for branch services and digital channels like e-banking platforms
- Communicate daily with clients to resolve issues and process their requests
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking frameworks
- Support end-to-end client servicing to reduce touchpoints and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and IT units to complete client requests
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Banking transactions and corporate servicing expertise
- Customer service experience within the banking sector
- KYC processes and account opening knowledge
- Strong communication skills and client relationship management
- Attention to detail, compliance awareness, and speed and accuracy in transaction processing
- Teamwork and adaptability to new operating models
- English language proficiency
- Support of branch services and digital channels
- Finance / Business Administration / Any Field
