What you'll do
- Implement the approved methodology for planning, monitoring, and managing business projects
- Collaborate with the Project Team to define actions and develop detailed project plans
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors to execute multiple projects
- Adjust project scope, schedules, and costs based on verified information
- Monitor project progress using timelines, action plans, and relevant tools
- Prepare consolidated project reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Assist with preparing and monitoring project budgets
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
- Assist with risk management assessments to minimize potential risks
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Project management, project planning, and project management methodologies
- Project monitoring, schedule management, and project management tools
- Budget monitoring and cost management
- Stakeholder communication and project reporting
- Vendor coordination and project scope management
- Risk management
- Economics / Finance / Engineering / Any Field / Business Administration
