What you'll do
- Identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities across the retail network and premises
- Research and propose digital solutions for retail technology advancements
- Participate in pilot projects to test and evaluate new solutions
- Provide technical support during rollout phases
- Monitor the quality and operational performance of store hardware and infrastructure
- Create electrical design plans and equipment and infrastructure manuals
- Prepare technical specifications for tenders and guide vendors through assignments
- Track solution implementation through to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver digital projects
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Digital electronics, system integration and retail technology solutions
- Digital signage, CMS platforms, digital kiosks, traffic counters and interactive displays
- Technical support and quality and operational performance monitoring
- Electrical design planning and equipment and infrastructure documentation
- Technical specifications, vendor coordination and project coordination
- Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
