What you'll do
- Design and implement digital systems tailored to retail environments
- Install, configure, and maintain CCM systems for store operations, energy management, and security
- Collaborate with teams, vendors, and store managers to assess needs and troubleshoot deployed systems
- Conduct site surveys and technical evaluations for system upgrades and enhancements
- Ensure systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and operational guidelines
- Prepare technical documentation, system diagrams, and user manuals
- Monitor technology trends and propose solutions to improve customer experience and store efficiency
- Manage tender preparation and procurement for digital and CCM system components
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Digital systems design and implementation; Retail technology
- Centralized control and monitoring (CCM) systems; Automation; Networked control solutions
- System design, simulation, and monitoring software
- Project management; Technical troubleshooting
- Site surveys and technical evaluations; Energy management systems; Security systems
- Technical documentation; Tender preparation and procurement; Microsoft Office; English language proficiency
- Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Any Field
