What you'll do
- Support development and execution of annual sponsorship roadmap
- Review sponsorship requests and identify activation opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Plan and deliver sponsorship activations across sports, entertainment, and cultural partnerships
- Manage relationships with partners, agencies, venues, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee sponsorship rights, benefits, hospitality, tickets, giveaways, and contractual commitments
- Prepare activation reports, performance updates, and post-event evaluations
- Support budget management, financial follow-up, and large-scale sponsorship initiatives
- Monitor partnership performance, market trends, and new sponsorship opportunities
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- Sponsorship management and partnership management
- Brand activations and marketing promotions
- Digital and social media trends
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Budget management and contract management
- Performance reporting, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- Fluency in Greek
- Communications / Journalism / Marketing
