What you'll do
- Build and align communication strategy with internal stakeholders
- Support Brand Managers during Congress process
- Support Risk Management Planning for Brand Managers
- Manage hardcopy promotional materials with warehouse
- Support Brand Managers through Shopping Card offers and vendors
- Manage printed materials with external vendors
- Assist team and maintain administrative processes
- Interact with local matrix teams and functions
- Support process optimization and introduction of new processes
- Act as a team member for projects and manage administrative tasks
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Communication Strategy and Brand Management Support
- Risk Management Planning knowledge
- Promotional Materials Management experience
- Administrative Skills and Teamwork
- Customer Centric Mentality and Problem Solving
- Advanced Communication and Analytical Skills
- SAP and Advanced MS Office abilities
- Businesspreferred
