How can you help shape the future of our retail network? As a Retail Network & Trade Manager, you will help drive the company’s retail strategy, ensure the achievement of sales targets across the retail network and strengthen commercial execution through network development and agent engagement to support business growth.

 

What your day to day will include:

  • Proposing retail network sales targets and ensuring their achievement, with a focus on performance and profitability growth.

  • Contributing to the establishment and improvement of sales processes, procedures, and commercial policies in line with company standards.

  •  Ensuring compliance of retail network operations with Responsible Gaming principles, sales processes, procedures, and commercial policies.

  • Participating in the development of commercial policies, financial support schemes, and agent benefit programs to enhance network viability and performance.

  • Safeguarding strong relationships with agents and local unions, promoting company interests and mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Motivating, coaching, and supporting Area Managers in achieving sales targets, managing agent relationships, and resolving operational issues.

  • Developing retail network strategic placement and expansion plans, while supporting commercial negotiations and network growth initiatives.

  • Providing training, guidance, and business support to agents and partners, fostering strategic thinking and engagement with company objectives.

  • Ensuring the effective execution of merchandising activities, in-store activations, product rollouts, and shop remodeling initiatives.

  • Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and network performance to improve sales and customer satisfaction, while supporting team development and business priorities.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field. MSc is desirable

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in area / regional sales management of large retail network (e.g. Retail, Telecoms, Banking, FMCG)

  • Excellent knowledge of Allwyn products and characteristics

  • Advanced hands-on experience in retail sales and account management

  • Very good project management and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task

  • Strong sales and persuasive skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong achievement and results oriented mentality

  • Team leadership
