About the job
Ensure the commercial, financial and operational success of Vodafone External Channels (Hunters, Family Advisor) and Indirect Channels (Prepay Wholesale, TLM and Digital External Partners) and promote Vodafone activities. The role drives channel performance across sales, partners, and activities, supports Corporate Affairs and Network priorities nationally, and leads, develops, and builds succession within the team.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Contribute to sales objectives, strategies and plans. Observe competitors and propose actions in order for the channels and external partners to remain flexible and competitive.
• Achieving the External Channels sales quantitative & qualitative targets.
• Promoting & developing customer satisfaction practices through commercial network of its accountability (NPS in all touch points)
• Run special projects during the year, distributed by the Head of Retail Sales
• Ensuring and controlling the application of all company’s policies and procedures by all employees
• Formulates strategies to ensure maximum efficiency for the Sales teams
• Establishes appropriate relationships with key customers & partners in the area
Who you are
• University Degree in business or management related areas
• Working experience in retail will be considered a strong asset
• Good Knowledge of mobile, fixed telephony and IT market
• Sales experience in mobile and fixed market
• Strong managerial and communication skills (in cross-regional teams)
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Very good analytical skills and problem-solving capability
• Be innovative and team player
