What you'll do
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Statements of Work
- Manage product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and define milestones aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery, testing, deployment, and value realization
- Identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance performance of existing solutions
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation
- Manage vendor relationships including RFPs, contracts, budgets, SLAs, and service performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, PMO, and external partners to align priorities and resolve challenges
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to maximize product value
- Oversee application releases, project deliverables, testing activities, and compliance
- Ensure operational excellence by monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
- Lead or contribute to company initiatives within the assigned area
- Participate in on-call support and handle ad-hoc assignments as needed
Key requirements
- Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge
- Agile methodologies and project management skills
- Vendor management, procurement activities, budgets, and stakeholder negotiation experience
- CRM domain knowledge and Loyalty domain knowledge
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, communication skills, and stakeholder management
- Computer Science / Information Technology / STEMpreferred
