What you'll do
- Translate product strategy into actionable work items and manage the product backlog at sprint level
- Execute two-week sprints, resolve issues, manage change requests, and drive operational excellence
- Coordinate teams, customers, and product leadership to deliver value while maintaining reliability and compliance
- Engage with technical implementation details, constraints, and quality standards to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the PM throughout PI and sprint cycles on backlog tracking and prioritization
- Define backlog items, write features and acceptance criteria, and maintain product specifications
- Prioritize features and technical debt based on business value, dependencies, and customer impact
- Drive improvements using sprint retrospectives and incident reviews aligned with ITIL/ISO 20000
- Lead incident response, coordinate resolutions, assess severity, and conduct root cause analysis
- Monitor system performance and uptime and manage the production environment for stability
- Plan and coordinate releases, deployments, and quality assurance
- Run daily standups and participate in sprint planning to align capacity and priorities
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Product ownership, product backlog management, and feature prioritization
- Agile frameworks and ceremonies
- Technical experience, software architecture, and M365 products
- Incident management, operational support, and ITIL/ISO 20000
- English communication and stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and decision-making, change management, and release and deployment management
- Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administrationpreferred
