What you'll do
- Assess business and system requirements and propose resilient, secure networking solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including load balancers, routers, switches, firewalls, and IP voice
- Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery
- Set up and manage user and service accounts, grant access rights, and ensure data protection and compliance
- Cooperate with internal teams and vendors to implement approved network changes
- Track technology trends and propose improvements to enhance network operations
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Network infrastructure: design, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance; Cisco equipment and technologies
- Routing, switching, VPNs, wireless networks, and Quality of Service (QoS)
- Network security, Checkpoint firewalls, and IT security practices
- Cloud networking, Layer 7 protocols, and application load balancing
- Scripting and Unix system administration
- Computer Science / Networking and Communications / Any Fieldpreferred
