What you'll do
- Design and deliver electromechanical projects within headquarters premises
- Prepare technical presentations with design proposals, budgeting, and ROI analysis
- Incorporate ESG initiatives into designs to reduce CO₂ emissions and improve sustainability
- Review design plans for compliance with legislation and technical standards
- Prepare technical specifications and tender documentation under Greek regulatory requirements
- Define RFP requirements and technical specifications with Procurement teams
- Support contract preparation and compliance with Legal teams
- Supervise construction and implementation of electromechanical and fire protection installations
- Liaise with Fire Brigade authorities and manage approvals and compliance processes
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Electromechanical building installations design and implementation
- Electromechanical systems and fire protection regulations
- Legal and regulatory compliance, including Greek regulatory requirements
- AutoCAD and MS Office
- Construction supervision and fire protection installations
- Technical specifications, tender documentation, and Procurement/RFP requirements
- Technical presentations, budgeting and ROI analysis, ESG and sustainability
- Stakeholder management
- Mechanical Engineering / Any Field
