What you'll do
- Monitor and supervise the maintenance and operation of mechanical and electromechanical (MEP) systems
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and other building mechanical systems
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation and condition assessment reports
- Review maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications and applicable regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Support the inspection, testing and commissioning of mechanical installations
- Participate in site inspections, technical meetings and project coordination activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and asset management practices
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- Maintenance, operation and technical supervision of mechanical and electromechanical (MEP) systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems
- Technical report preparation and compliance with technical specifications and regulations
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
- Inspection and testing of mechanical installations
- MS Office proficiency
- Mechanical Engineering
