About the job

As a Corporate IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of end-user technology services across the organization. Working closely with employees, vendors, and internal IT teams, you will troubleshoot technical issues, support business-critical applications, and contribute to a reliable, secure, and efficient workplace technology environment

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Providing technical support to employees across the organization, ensuring the timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Monitoring and maintaining end-user workstations, devices, operating systems, and network connectivity to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Responding to support requests and incidents, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases when required

  • Managing user accounts, access rights, profiles, and password-related requests across corporate systems and applications

  • Supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance, and replacement of hardware, software, and workplace technology equipment

  • Creating support documentation, maintaining IT asset inventory, and contributing to employee onboarding and training activities.

 

What you need to succeed: 

  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience in Corporate IT Support, Service Desk, End-User Support, or a similar technical support role

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft and macOS operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Experience supporting business applications, user account administration, and access management processes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, with a collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
