As a Corporate IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of end-user technology services across the organization. Working closely with employees, vendors, and internal IT teams, you will troubleshoot technical issues, support business-critical applications, and contribute to a reliable, secure, and efficient workplace technology environment
Your day to day will include:
Providing technical support to employees across the organization, ensuring the timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Monitoring and maintaining end-user workstations, devices, operating systems, and network connectivity to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Responding to support requests and incidents, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases when required
Managing user accounts, access rights, profiles, and password-related requests across corporate systems and applications
Supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance, and replacement of hardware, software, and workplace technology equipment
Creating support documentation, maintaining IT asset inventory, and contributing to employee onboarding and training activities.
What you need to succeed:
BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Hands-on experience in Corporate IT Support, Service Desk, End-User Support, or a similar technical support role
Good knowledge of Microsoft and macOS operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting business applications, user account administration, and access management processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, with a collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
