What you'll do
- Design, develop and scale business systems in software development path
- Build and apply AI solutions to improve decisions, products, and customer experiences in AI engineering path
- Build practical experience and develop technical expertise in chosen technology path
- Solve real business challenges using technology, innovation, and AI
- Build a strong network and understand the business end-to-end during rotation phase
- Work with key stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Take ownership and deliver real outcomes in a specific role
- Lead a Business Impact Project during the ownership phase
- Engage in continuous learning and receive regular feedback throughout the program
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Programming fundamentals such as Java or similar languages
- Understanding of common backend concepts and development tools
- Familiarity with APIs, testing, version control, and clean coding principles
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning fundamentals
- Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages
- Awareness of ethical AI and data privacy considerations
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English
- Analytical thinking and growth mindset
- Collaboration skills and accountability
- Data / Analytics / Engineering / Mathematics / related fieldspreferred
