What you'll do
- Design, develop and deliver scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise software solutions using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development approaches
- Leverage AI development tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and technical decisions
- Review, validate and improve AI-generated code to ensure production readiness, security and maintainability
- Participate across the full software development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment and continuous improvements
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions and code reviews promoting engineering excellence within delivery teams
- Apply modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps principles to deliver reliable software solutions
- Solve complex technical challenges, optimize applications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into technology solutions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented programming, clean code practices and software design principles
- Experience with modern programming languages and ability to work across different technology stacks
- Enterprise application development including backend services, APIs or distributed systems
- AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or ChatGPT
- Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles

You will:

Review, validate and improve AI - generated code to ensure production readiness, security and maintainability;
Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation ,testing, deployment and continuous improvements;
Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions and code reviews, promoting engineering excellence within delivery teams;
Apply modern development practices including GIT, CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps principles to deliver reliable software solutions;
Solve complex technical challenges, optimize applications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field;
3+ years of experience in developing software applications in enterprise environments;
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object - oriented programming, clean code practices and software design principles;
Experience with modern programming languages and the ability to adapt across different technology stacks;
Experience building enterprise applications, backend services, APIs or distributed systems, with understanding across different layers of the technology stack;
Hands - on experience with modern development practices including Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles;
Experience using AI - assisted development tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, with the ability to review and validate AI - generated solutions;
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
