What you'll do
- Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and technical implementation plans
- Ensure safe, reliable GenAI outputs through testing frameworks and best practices for model lifecycle management
- Design and deploy predictive models for customer behavior, game performance, personalization, and fraud detection
- Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering for model development
- Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines and feature stores
- Define technical architecture and deliver GenAI solutions across multiple platforms
- Work with AI Product Owners and external partners to translate requirements into GenAI products
- Support full GenAI lifecycle from ideation to deployment, staying updated with latest AI advancements
Key requirements
- Experience with GenAI solutions including LLMs, text-to-image, and conversational AI
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face
- Skills in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and orchestration tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Expertise in MLOps practices including model monitoring, drift detection, CI/CD, and use of MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow
- Knowledge of customer analytics use cases such as segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendations
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science / Statisticspreferred
