What you'll do
- Own the Record To Report (RTR) process and manage stakeholder interactions

- Initiate and implement cross-departmental finance improvements and share best practices
- Review, sign, and file statutory reports for relevant legal entities
- Coordinate with experts to provide accurate and timely reporting information
- Review and sign off internal control processes to ensure legal compliance
- Drive, monitor, and sign off treasury, insurance, and pension policies
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Financial Accounting knowledge including R2R, I2P, I2C, and Tax processes
- Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX compliance
- Skills in Tax Compliance for direct and indirect taxes
- Experience with Treasury Management and cashflow oversight
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, HFM, and Merlin or willingness to learn
- Leadership capabilities to manage and inspire teams and drive change
- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze complex processes and risks
- Excellent Communication Skills for effective stakeholder liaison and reporting
- Business Partnering expertise to collaborate with finance and business teams
- Focus on Process Improvement in financial and transactional operations
