investments & project finance senior specialist

What you'll do
- Drive evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Support project and structured finance activities including capital structure analysis and debt/equity financing
- Coordinate with banks, investors, financial institutions, and external advisors
- Develop and update the Group’s business plan by coordinating inputs from business units and SPVs
- Monitor performance against business plan and Group KPIs
- Contribute to strategic capital allocation analysis aligned with corporate objectives and risk appetite
- Develop, review, and present financial models, feasibility analyses, and investment memoranda
- Coordinate cross-functionally with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders to support transaction execution and post-investment monitoring
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Financial modeling including three-statement, project-finance cash-flow models, and returns analysis (IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback period)
- Project finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and business planning skills
- Capital structure analysis and debt/equity financing
- IFRS accounting standards and Greek GAAP knowledge
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Coordination with banks and investors
- Finance / Economics / Engineering / Accountingpreferred
