We advise private equity funds, international investors, and corporates on high-stakes transactions, delivering rigorous financial due diligence and transaction support that shapes real decisions.

In this role, you will:
-Lead and manage teams across mid-to-large scale M&A transactions, taking full accountability for quality and delivery
-Analyse complex financial information and extract meaningful insights using data analytics and visualisation tools
-Evaluate synergies and identify risks to support informed decision-making in post-deal integration and divestiture contexts
-Translate financial data into clear, well-structured findings and actionable recommendations for clients
-Drive the diligence process from data request to key findings, working closely with clients and target management teams
-Produce high-quality reports and presentations that communicate complex issues with precision and clarity
-Manage workstreams and team members against project timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
-Apply deep understanding of financial analysis frameworks relevant to transaction contexts
-Uphold Deloitte’s standards of quality, independence, and confidentiality on every engagement
-Coach and develop junior team members, sharing deal experience and technical knowledge
-Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, targets, advisors, and internal stakeholders at all levels
-Act as a Deloitte ambassador, embodying our commitment to excellence, integrity, and impact
