What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems including UPS, MV/LV panels, generators, transformers, and PDUs
- Monitor and ensure uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure systems
- Respond to alarms and incidents, perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Support 24/7 operation through participation in shift rotation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation using CMMS
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors and technical teams during maintenance
- Propose technical improvements to enhance reliability and energy efficiency
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Maintenance of electrical systems including UPS, LV/MV systems, and generators
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in mission-critical environments
- Building electrical infrastructure knowledge
- AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Safety procedures compliance and technical documentation (CMMS) skills
- English language proficiency and availability for shift work

About the job
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Center Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join us in Group's subsidiary Aktor Facility Management.
Duties and responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems (UPS, MV/LV panels, generators, transformers, PDUs, etc.)
Monitor and ensure uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure systems
Respond to alarms and incidents, perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
Support 24/7 operation through participation in shift rotation
Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation (CMMS)
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and technical teams during maintenance works
Propose technical improvements to enhance reliability and energy efficiency
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of electrical systems, ideally in Data Centers, industrial plants or critical facilities
Experience with LV/MV systems, UPS systems, generators and building electrical infrastructure
Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure in mission-critical environments
Knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of English (preferred)
Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts
