What you'll do
- Evaluate bids from partners, sub-contractors, and suppliers and present recommendations to the Proposal Manager
- Contact customers, proposals disciplines, departments, partners, sub-contractors, and external consultants to fulfill tender requirements
- Perform technical and commercial correspondence with customers and external partners
- Compose layout plans of proposals working closely with technical experts
- Compose electrical works proposals including documentation, drawings, time schedule, and budget
- Clarify submitted offers with customers
- Archive and organize proposal data
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Electrical Engineering and Energy Project knowledge
- Proposal evaluation and tendering procedures experience
- Technical and commercial correspondence skills
- Layout plan composition and documentation preparation
- Time scheduling and budgeting capabilities
- English language proficiency with additional French or German as advantage

We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Proposals Engineer to join our Proposals team for our Thermal Plants & HVDC Technology Division of the Renewables, Storage & Energy Transition (MRES-ET) within our Paiania offices.
Your role will encompass:
Evaluating bids from Partners, Sub-contractors and suppliers and presenting recommendations to the Proposal Manager
Contacting the Customer and other proposals disciplines, departments (engineering, construction etc.), Partners, Sub-contractors, and external Consultants to fulfill the Tender requirements
Performing the technical and commercial correspondence with the Customer and external partners
Composing Layout Plan of the proposal working closely with technical experts within the organization
Composing Electrical Works proposal (documentation, drawings, time schedule, and budget)
Clarifying with the Customer for the submitted offer
Archiving and organizing the proposal data
What you bring to the role:
University Degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience
Previous experience in a similar role or being involved in proposal / tendering /sales procedures or project execution of Energy projects, will be considered as an asset
Strong Knowledge of electrical engineering aspects on Energy Projects
Experience in working with multi-cultural project teams, across different locations and time zones
Fluency in English is essential
Knowledge of either French or German will be an advantage
Ability to travel on a regular basis to customer and project locations in Greece and abroad
