What you'll do
- Manage installation of Civil/Structural/Architectural systems ensuring compliance with client requirements and project terms
- Oversee on-site work execution by subcontractors according to project specifications and timeline
- Identify and address design errors collaborating with the design team and provide solutions to technical challenges
- Monitor site progress and quality and prepare progress reports for the Project Manager
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English Language, both written and oral
- Strong Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Safety Standards Compliance, Quality Assurance and Environmental Standards Compliance
- Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Any Field

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Site Engineer for the Construction of the Student Halls in Crete (Rethymno) to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the installation of Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) systems to ensure compliance with client requirements and overall project terms
Oversee on-site proper execution of work by subcontractors in accordance with project specifications and timeline
Proactively identifies and addresses design errors in collaboration with the design team and provides effective solutions to technical challenges occurring during project execution
Monitor progress and quality on site and prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering or a relevant field
10 years of professional experience in a similar role in Construction Industry
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent command of English, both written and oral
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
