What you'll do
- Analyze technical and financial construction project data to generate insights and support decision-making
- Develop data-driven models, standards, and tools with engineers and project teams
- Explore and apply Document AI and Large Language Models to practical construction challenges
- Lead assigned initiatives from concept and design through development, implementation, and adoption
- Build data and AI expertise, share knowledge, and promote best practices across the Group
Key requirements
- Civil engineering and construction experience
- Construction project analysis, project cost estimation, and project planning
- Numerical and analytical skills with Microsoft Excel
- Data modeling and interest in artificial intelligence, Document AI, and Large Language Models
- Willingness to develop Python skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with construction and Data & AI teams; English and Greek
- Civil Engineering / Engineering / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence / Construction Management / Any Field
