What you'll do
- Welcome customers and confirm their eligibility for access
- Guide customers through the Lounge products, services, and seat availability
- Act as a point of reference for customer assistance and travel information
- Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of product offerings and Loyalty schemes
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean, tidy, and fully furnished areas
- Coordinate with catering suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction
Key requirements
- Customer Service experience
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Communication Skills
- Time Management and task prioritization
- Problem Resolution with customer focus
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Proactiveness
- Following Company Procedures
- Adaptability to change and flexible working
