What you'll do
- Welcome, receive, and register passengers
- Ensure timely boarding of lounge visitors through announcements
- Inventory supplies
- Prepare and send orders to suppliers
- Monitor incoming emails
- Submit daily reports to Lounge Supervisor
- Charge services and issue receipts
- Provide 'Our Gold Services'
Key requirements
- English language proficiency (B2 level)
- Second foreign language desirable
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and email handling

Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία στο αεροδρόμιο ή τις αερομεταφορές, καθώς η ομάδα εκπαίδευσης θα σε προετοιμάσει για τον νέο σου ρόλο τόσο με θεωρητική εκπαίδευση σε αίθουσα, όσο και με πρακτική εκπαίδευση μόλις αναλάβεις καθήκοντα.

Οι αρμοδιότητες σου:
✈️Υποδοχή, καλωσόρισμα και καταγραφή επιβατών
✈️Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης επιβίβασης επισκεπτών του Lounge μέσω αναγγελιών
✈️Απογραφή των προμηθειών
✈️Σύνταξη και αποστολή παραγγελιών στους προμηθευτές
✈️Παρακολούθηση εισερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας (Emails)
✈️Ημερήσια αναφορά (reporting) στην Υπεύθυνη του Lounge
✈️Χρεώσεις υπηρεσιών και έκδοση αποδείξεων
✈️Παροχή υπηρεσιών «Our Gold Services»
Τι αναζητούμε:
✈️Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή/και Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου
✈️Πτυχίο αγγλικών επιπέδου Β2 (First Certificate in English ή ισοδύναμο)
✈️Επιθυμητή δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα
✈️Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
✈️Εξοικείωση με τους ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές
