You’ll work at the frontier of human-and-machine delivery, designing and shipping production-grade LLM and agentic applications for a leading bank. You’ll build agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool-calling patterns, secure integrations, and AI-assisted delivery practices that turn frontier model capabilities into measurable business impact. You’ll work across product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to move agentic solutions from prototype to production.

What you'll build

• LLM and agentic applications using LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks, wired into banking systems

• Multi-agent workflows covering planning, reasoning, tool calling, memory, approvals, and human-in-the-loop controls

• Secure agent ecosystems via MCP, A2A, APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration layers

• RAG and GraphRAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, metadata filtering, and document processing

• Guardrails and evaluation frameworks for safe, accurate, explainable, and production-ready outputs

• REST APIs and microservices exposing LLM capabilities to downstream systems and business applications

• Intelligent document processing, conversational assistants, automated reporting, and workflow automation solutions

Qualification

What we need

• B.Sc. M.Sc. or equivalent experience in CS, Engineering, AI, Data, or related field

• Strong Python skills, with FastAPI / Django, Java or Node.js a plus

• Hands-on experience with LLM applications and agentic systems, including RAG, multi-agent workflows, GenAI automation, and AI copilots

• Deep understanding of agentic concepts: tool use, planning, reasoning, memory, HITL, guardrails, and workflow orchestration

• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks

• Experience building APIs, microservices, integrations, and reusable components for enterprise-grade AI applications

• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI

• Comfortable validating and improving AI-generated code using AI copilots and vibe-coding workflows

Nice to have:

• MCP and A2A hands-on experience; Azure AI Foundry deployments

• Observability: LangSmith, Langfuse, W&B, MLflow, or similar tooling

• GraphRAG, reliability patterns for agentic systems, and regulated environments

• Experience with banking, compliance, loan origination, customer insights, or operational automation use cases
