We are seeking for an experienced Branch Network Professional for the position of&nbsp;Branch Manager,&nbsp;based in Zakynthos.The role involves business planning, people management, customer relationship and financial management to drive the Branch's success and contribute holistically to the success of the Area Market.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for various banking products and services.</li><li>Supervise, motivate, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure their engagement and upskilling.</li><li>Lay the customer at the forefront to guarantee an exceptional customer experience</li><li>Manage daily branch operations ensuring compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate operational risks.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.</li></ul>&nbsp;You will be a great candidate if you:<ul><li>8 years’ work experience in the Branch Network and/or v-banking and at least 2 years in positions such as Senior RM, Senior BO, PB RM / RBB RM and Assistant Head of Business Development.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or other field of studies.
