Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a member of Sfakianakis Group of Companies and a leader in the Greek automotive market, is looking to expand its team in Chios with the following position:Car Rental Branch Manager&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervises daily operations of the car rental station, ensuring that provided services meet customer expectations</li><li>Coordinates the station team to ensure optimal fleet performance and maximum customer satisfaction</li><li>Ensures the implementation of the station’s operational policies and compliance with safety standards</li><li>Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer complaints and addressing their needs</li><li>Ensures all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, including scheduling regular inspections and repairs</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred</li><li>3+ years of similar experience, preferably in the transportation industry</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong communication skills, responsibility and team spirit</li><li>Holder of a valid driving license</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Health and life Insurance plan</li><li>Dynamic and modern working environment</li><li>Continuous training and development</li><li>Opportunities for professional advancement</li></ul>&nbsp;
