Front Office Manager 

Execute and maintain HR administrative processes, including personnel file management, documentation, HRIS (Pylon) updates&nbsp;and support in recruitment and onboarding.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and statutory platforms (e.g., Pylon, Ergani).Maintain proactive communication with new hires throughout pre-boarding and onboarding processes.Support the implementation of HR compliance policies, procedures, and participation in audits and risk assessments.Manage HR-related documentation and correspondence with external audits, local authorities, and public services, including sick and annual leave records.Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., HR Accommodation Team) and assist in preparing HR compliance reports and metrics.What will you bring?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in labor law, payroll, or compliance are a plus.0-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably within structured or regulated environments.Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, payroll &amp; benefits administration, and personnel file management.Experience working with labor law and compliance documentation is appreciated.Proficiency in HRIS systems (ideally Pylon, SAP, or Meta4) and strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Fluent in English, with the ability to manage documentation and work effectively in corporate systems.What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration package.Private health insuranceFlexible working model
