We are looking for a Shared Services Accountant to join our Finance team in Kifissia. The main objective of the role is to support the accounting operations of multiple entities within the Group, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance through centralized processes. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing Shared Services Center environment.Reporting to the Finance Shared Services Manager you will be responsible and accountable for: &nbsp; • Handle accounting operations for multiple entities, including Balkan affiliates of the Group • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes • Prepare and maintain accounting records in compliance with internal policies and regulations • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner • Perform cost accounting activities, including product costing, variance analysis, and margin monitoring • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse accounting records&nbsp; • Reconcile warehouse stock with accounting records and investigate discrepancies • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management reporting • Support tax-related activities (e.g. VAT declarations, filings) in collaboration with external partners where required • Ensure standardization and consistency of accounting processes across entities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes • Participate in audits by providing required documentation and analysis • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Shared Services processes and systemsQualifications &amp; Competencies required: • 5+ years of experience in accounting or similar role • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field • Basic knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) • Good knowledge of Cost accounting • Familiarity with ERP systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Qualifications considered as an asset: • Experience in a Shared Services Center environment • Exposure to multi-entity or multinational accounting environments • Previous experience in retail or commercial companiesWe offer: •Competitive remuneration &amp; benefits package&nbsp; •Extensive continuous training&nbsp; •Career &amp; development prospects in Fourlis Group &nbsp;

Intellectica is recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Group Chief Accountant on behalf of a leading, rapidly growing Greek group of companies with strong commercial activity and a complex multi-entity structure. The role is based in Athens, Greece, reports directly to the Group CFO and leads a large and growing finance function, playing a pivotal role in ensuring accounting, tax and statutory compliance across the Group, while supporting management with accurate financial reporting and consolidation.&nbsp;Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Holding end-to-end accountability for the Group’s accounting, tax and statutory framework, ensuring consistency, accuracy and full regulatory compliance across all entities</li><li>Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash activities and intercompany transactions</li><li>Leading the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, covering consolidated reporting for group companies as well as standalone reporting for non-group entities</li><li>Ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and myDATA requirements, acting as the escalation point for complex accounting treatments, tax matters and digital reporting obligations</li><li>Managing transfer pricing compliance and documentation, coordinating with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate TP reporting</li><li>Supervising cash handling and goods movement controls, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and robust internal procedures where accounting teams also perform cashier functions</li><li>Coordinating interactions with external auditors, tax authorities and professional advisors, overseeing audits, inspections and statutory submissions</li><li>Working closely with warehouse and operations teams, ensuring accurate accounting treatment of inventory flows and logistics-related transactions</li><li>Directing, coaching and performance-monitoring a large accounting team, supporting both experienced professionals and developing talent within a structured environment</li><li>Providing the Group CFO with reliable financial analysis and management insights, supporting informed decision-making at Group level</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</li><li>Master’s degree in Accounting &amp; Finance or Advanced qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA) will be considered as a plus</li><li>At least 10 years of progressive experience in senior accounting positions, ideally within commercial or trading organisations</li><li>Holder of a Class A’ Accountant certification</li><li>Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and tax regulations and IFRS</li><li>Prior exposure to group reporting and consolidation principles&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in managing and supervising accounting teams</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>High sense of accountability</li><li>Strong ownership mentality</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Strong numerical aptitude</li><li>Structured way of thinking</li><li>Clear and direct communicator</li><li>High professional integrity</li></ul>&nbsp;
