We are looking for aTALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALISTto join our team at Oinofyta and Τhiva Plants, Viotia&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, job description, ad posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers</li><li>Execute targeted sourcing market mapping, and proactive outreach</li><li>Support employer-branding and outreach activities for talent attraction</li><li>Manage HRMS to create job requisitions, post jobs, track pipelines and generate reports</li><li>Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and onboarding</li><li>Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs</li><li>Monitor TA KPIs (time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate NPS) and present insights</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; postgraduate HR studies are a plus</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in industrial / manufacturing environments</li><li>Proficiency with HRMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Employer Branding campaign experience and university/industry partnerships</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Stakeholder management and collaboration</li><li>Strong organization, prioritization, and data‑driven mindset</li><li>Multi-tasking and ability to work under tight deadlines</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Private health insurance plan for employees and family members</li><li>Daily meal at company facilities</li><li>Vouchers for purchases from supermarkets</li><li>Company bus service to/from selected areas (Evia, Viotia, Attica)</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities</li></ul>
