We are looking for a Cobalt Banking Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the management and coordination of the tasks related to serving the Branch's affluent/high-net worth customers (Cobalt) regarding the sale of deposit, investment, lending and bancassurance products, in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures. The job holder will promote the commercial objectives of the Branch, through the development and maintenance of good working relationships with Cobalt customers and by informing them about new banking products and services.Responsibilities• Responsible for Cobalt customer development &amp; promotion of existing &amp; NEW Retail Banking products &amp; services• Market &amp; Competition monitoring• Responsible for supervision / management of transactional relationship &amp; performance of Cobalt clients and informing Clients in relation to the portfolio they hold with the Bank• Ensures that the provision of services to clients is carried out in accordance with the instructions and terms agreed with the Bank• Collaboration with competent units in the framework of development &amp; promotion of products/services• Management of organizational &amp; operational branch issues and checking the correct signing of customer requests before transmission to Central Services• Ensuring implementation/improvement of branch organization &amp; operation procedures• Formulation &amp; supervision of execution of internal plan for implementation of branch commercial &amp; operational objectives concerning Cobalt customers• Keep informed of the preparation/monitoring/review of the Bank's Branch Network budget at branch level• Registering requests in the credit systems and ensuring the collection of the required customer supporting documents and their sending to the customer credit approval and management centersQualifications• Bachelor's degree from a higher educational institution, preferably in economicsor another related subject (desirable)• Master's degree (desirable) in the fields of business administration, finance or another related subject• 7 years of experience in a similar position• Professional certification under the joint decision of the Executive Committee of the Bank of Greece and the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (either of types: a1,a2, b1, b, c, d) and/or professional accreditation in private insurance intermediation (types A, D) will be considered an asset• Strong sales skills and solid understanding of customer behavior and relationship management• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Good command of both Greek and English

CrediaBank, which was created through the merger of Attica Bank and the formerPancreta Bank, is looking for a Mass Segment Officer to join our dynamic teamAs a Mass Segment Officer, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage andcoordinate all activities related to servicing individual customers of the Branch,including the sale of deposit, investment, lending, and bancassurance products. Youwill support branch staff, delivering these services, ensuring smooth execution andcompliance to the Bank’s policies and procedures.You will actively promote the branch's commercial objectives by building andmaintaining strong client relationships and informing them about new bankingproducts and services. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuringan exceptional customer service experience.The role requires you to have a customer-focused profile and demonstrate strongcommitment to the achievement of the team’s and the Organization’s goals.Responsibilities:• Greet customers upon entering the branch, identify their needs and manage serviceflow to the appropriate Relationship Manager• Assist customers with digital banking transactions, handle routine requests andescalate to Relationship Managers when needed• Actively develop the customer base and promote retail banking products andservices• Monitor the market and competition and liaise with relevant departments onproduct and service development.• Maintain relationships with local stakeholders• Execute daily operations (clearing, returned check, manage safe deposit boxes andoverdue loans)• Support the Cashier in reconciling the cash register and ATM and perform financialtransactions• Manage branch organizational and operational matters, ensuring properdocumentation and customer approval, before submission to Central Services;promote effective implementation and improvement of branch procedures• Participate in the formulation and oversight of the branch’s internal commercialand operational objectives plan• Contribute to branch budgeting process• Input credit applications, collect necessary documentation and forward to therelated credit department• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, BusinessAdministration or a related field• Master’s degree in a relevant filed will be considered an asset• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience• Professional certification under the joint decision of the Executive Committee ofthe Bank of Greece and the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital MarketCommission (either of types: a1,a2, b1, b, c, d) and/or professional accreditationin private insurance intermediation (types A, D) will be considered an asset• Solid knowledge of financial products and services, particularly loans and credit,and awareness of market competition• Strong sales skills and solid understanding of customer behavior and relationshipmanagement• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Very good command of English.Preferred Qualifications:We highly encourage applications from local candidates or permanentresidents of Trikala who are familiar with the community and local bankingneeds.
