We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our team, part of our M-Rewables Division based in Thessalia.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your role will encompass:<ul><li>Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is built according to design, technical standards, and within contractual and regulatory requirements</li><li>Managing the construction schedule, identifying critical path items, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and subcontractors to meet key milestones</li><li>Supervising all site activities, including civil works, structural installations, mechanical assembly (module mounting), and electrical works (DC/AC cabling, inverters, transformers)</li><li>Ensuring strict compliance with HSE policies and supporting a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Monitoring subcontractor performance, reviewing QA/QC documentation, and conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to specifications and standards</li><li>Acting as the on-site representative for METKA-EGN, managing relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and external partners</li><li>Reporting regularly on progress, quality, and safety, and collaborating with the Project Manager to control costs and resolve technical or operational challenges</li><li>Supporting contract administration, including the verification of progress claims and change orders from subcontractors</li></ul>&nbsp;What you bring to the role:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or other related field</li><li>4+ years’ experience in the construction of large scale solar parks (minimum 5MW)&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, administration, and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to manage a large team&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to operate in a highly technical or particularly complex field&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Share the same Value Based Behaviors:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>People &amp; Personal growth&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Results orientation &amp; Safety excellence&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Trust&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Empathy &amp; Effective communication&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility &amp; Adaptability&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Benefits: &nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package&nbsp;</li><li>Ticket Restaurant Card&nbsp;</li><li>Group Health Insurance Plan&nbsp;</li><li>Preferential household electricity plan&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Pension Plan</li></ul>

Site Manager

As part of our digital transformation journey and the establishment of a new Operational Technology (OT) department, we are seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Manager. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving the integration of data, automation, and digital tools across the plant, ensuring efficiency, cybersecurity, and operational resilience. Duties &amp; Responsibilities • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead the development and daily management of the plant’s OT department. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee OT systems (automation, industrial networks, control systems, IoT devices) ensuring high reliability and security. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Implement and monitor OT and risk management frameworks. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure compliance in data handling, business processes, and regulatory requirements. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive the adoption and utilization of Plants of Tomorrow solutions and other digital transformation initiatives. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support operational excellence by improving efficiency, optimizing resources, and strengthening communication across departments. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead and develop the OT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners for OT systems. Qualifications &amp; Skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Computer Engineering (or related field). • &nbsp; &nbsp;5+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, OT/IT integration, or digital transformation (experience in manufacturing/heavy industry preferred). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, DCS and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of OT standards and risk management. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Solid experience with data management, compliance, and business processes. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Fluency in English (written and spoken); Greek is a plus.
