Εκ μέρους του πελάτη μας, πολυεθνικής εταιρείας παραγωγής προϊόντων ιατρικής τεχνολογίας με παρουσία άνω των 35 ετών και ηγετική θέση στην ελληνική αγορά απασχολώντας 550 άτομα προσωπικό, αναζητείται ένας/μία&nbsp;Τεχνικός Συντήρησης&nbsp;στο τμήμα συσκευασίας στις Εγκαταστάσεις Παραγωγής της εταιρείας στη&nbsp;Λάρισα.Καθήκοντα Θέσης:<ul><li>Ρύθμιση και προσαρμογή μηχανημάτων συσκευασίας βάσει προδιαγραφών προϊόντος</li><li>Έλεγχος καλής λειτουργίας εξοπλισμού και συστημάτων συσκευασίας</li><li>Ανίχνευση και αποκατάσταση βλαβών ή συντονισμός με εξωτερικά τεχνικά συνεργεία</li><li>Τήρηση οδηγιών συντήρησης σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές ασφαλείας και ποιότητας</li><li>Καταγραφή δεδομένων συντήρησης σε σχετικά έντυπα/συστήματα</li><li>Ενημέρωση για ελλείψεις υλικών και ανταλλακτικών προς τον Υπεύθυνο Βάρδιας</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο Μηχανολογίας, Ηλεκτρολογίας, Αυτοματισμού ή άλλου συναφούς τεχνικού αντικειμένου</li><li>Τουλάχιστον 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση , ιδανικά σε βιομηχανία</li><li>Ικανότητα στην επισκευή και αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών προβλημάτων</li><li>Εξοικείωση με χρήση ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών και υπολογιστών (Windows, MS Office)</li><li>Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (για εταιρικές εκπαιδεύσεις)</li><li>Υπευθυνότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και συνέπεια</li><li>Ικανότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες</li></ul>Ο πελάτης προσφέρει:<ul><li>Μόνιμη σύμβαση εργασίας</li><li>Δυνατότητες επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης</li><li>Δυνατότητα μεταφοράς προς το εργοστάσιο μέσω εταιρικών λεωφορείων</li></ul>

Tεχνικός Συντήρησης

We are currently looking for a Machine Shop Engineer to join our team, based in Volos, Greece.&nbsp;By joining this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting and optimizing machine shop operations, ensuring efficient production processes, high-quality output, and reliable equipment performance.&nbsp;Your role will encompass: • Monitoring and supporting the operation of CNC machines and conventional machine tools (lathes, milling machines, drills). • Programming and optimizing machining processes on CNC machines (3, 4, and 5 axes). • Providing technical support to the programming team, including troubleshooting and program optimization. • Supporting assembly/disassembly activities of mechanical components within the workshop. • Analyzing and resolving technical issues arising during production. • Optimizing machining times and improving overall productivity. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (maintenance, welding, assembly, quality control, warehouse, procurement) to ensure smooth production flow and avoid delays. • Ensuring quality control and dimensional accuracy of manufactured parts according to technical drawings and specifications. • Contributing to continuous improvement of equipment, tools, and production processes. • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.&nbsp;What you bring to the role:&nbsp;• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a machine shop or industrial environment. • Strong knowledge of mechanical design and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Good understanding of machining processes and manufacturing technologies. • Knowledge of materials technology and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). • Experience with CAD/CAM software. • Understanding of CNC machining principles and conventional machine tools. • Strong problem-solving skills in a production environment. • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.&nbsp;Share the same Value Based Behaviors: • People &amp; Personal growth • Results orientation &amp; Safety excellence • Collaboration &amp; Trust • Empathy &amp; Effective communication • Flexibility &amp; Adaptability&nbsp;Your responsibilities: • Taking technical decisions in coordination with supervisors and team members. • Contributing to production efficiency and product quality. • Supporting cost reduction initiatives. • Guiding and supporting technicians and machine operators. • Managing multiple production streams simultaneously (machines, assembly, parallel projects). • Ensuring high precision standards according to technical drawings. • Meeting project timelines and deadlines.&nbsp;Your Benefits: • Competitive remuneration package • Ticket Restaurant Card • Group Health Insurance Plan • Preferential household electricity plan • Pension Plan&nbsp;
