Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and provide excellent support throughout the order and communication process. The ideal candidate must have strong English language skills, solid knowledge of Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Additional knowledge of ERP systems will be evaluated. &nbsp;Key Responsibility AreasHandle communication with export customers via email and phoneProcess and follow up on customer orders and inquiriesMaintain accurate customer records and reportsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillmentProvide professional and efficient customer supportPrepare and update sales and shipment documentationBuild and maintain positive customer relationshipsAchieving assigned quarterly sales goalsCommunicate new products and innovation Reporting sales progress, maintaining sales records on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, to include sales call reports, weekly preview reports, expense reports, and other reports as directed by the managementSet yourself apartYou possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:<ul><li>College business or related field degree</li><li>Professional inside sales or/and customer service experience strongly preferred</li><li>Positive, enthusiastic and energetic</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Conflict resolution and problem solving skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a team environment required</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>
