We are looking for a highly skilled Mining Engineer to join our team in Thessalia.Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise daily quarry operations, including excavation, drilling and blasting activities, and internal haulage</li><li>Develop and implement operational plans, including production schedules and resource allocation</li><li>Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels</li><li>Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity</li><li>Collaborate with sales and commercial team to align production output with market demand and customer requirements</li><li>Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and prepare regular performance reports for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations</li></ul>Job Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mining or Mineral Resources Engineering&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in quarry</li><li>Proficient in using geological and surveying software</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Proficiency in English, both written and oral</li><li>Holder of a valid Category B driving license</li><li>Blaster’s License will be considered as an asset</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li></ul>The Company offers:<ul><li>A competitive compensation package</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth</li><li>A positive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members</li></ul>
